In this interactive session, participants will:

•Review the structure and features of the California Preschool Learning Foundations, Volume 2 and the California Preschool Curriculum Framework, Volume 2,drama strand.

•Identify integration opportunities between volumes 1, 2, and 3 of the California Preschool Learning Foundations with regard to learning opportunities and teachable moments in the dramatic arts.

•Explore how drama can be used to increase vocabulary with dual language learners.

•Describe strategies for children identified with special needs.
