In this presentation, participants will focus on California’s Preschool Learning Foundations and Framework and other CDE resources that support transitional kindergarten curriculum planning. The Focus will be on developmentally appropriate strategies for building children’s concept of numbers and their relationships through visual recognition of numbers, counting of objects, sense of quantity, number relationships and addition and subtraction.
