This is an In-depth training for Teaching Staff, Mentors and Professional Growth Advisors, Administration/Leadership Staff, Assessors/Evaluators, Family Child Care Providers, Faculty, Family, Friend, and Neighbor Care Providers, Special Educators/Early Interventionists, Resource & Referral Staff, Home Visitors, Trainers, Coaches.

This training will cover:

• Child Development and Learning:
  • Participants will:
    • Review the PTKLF Foundational Language Development FLD subdomain for children aged three to five and a half years.
    • Build understanding of the FLD subdomain.
    • Gain understanding of how the PTKLF are representative and inclusive of children's cultures, languages, and lived experiences.
    • Identify how teachers can support FLD.
