Demonstrating curiosity and a desire to learn. Planning, making choices that reflect their personal interests. Adhering to routines and schedules. Collaborating and playing with other children and adults. The ATL domain describes skills that help children engage in learning activities, problem-solving, and collaboration with peers and adults. All of this is done through play. The word play is written 121 times in 11 pages in the PTKLF publication. Play is a vital element of learning approaches, and throughout this training we will be participating in play activities to enhance your understanding of the domain.
