• Examine the key concepts of the Science domain, Physical Science strand of the California Preschool Learning Foundations and California Preschool Curriculum Framework, Volume 3 (PCF).
• Utilize the foundations and other California Department of Education (CDE) documents to plan developmentally appropriate activities.
• Discuss how to foster innovative problem solving through exploration.
• Identify how to integrate scientific inquiry concepts throughout the day.
