Thank you to our wonderful supporters and contributors!

Many people were involved in the development of California's Early Childhood Educator Competencies Self-Assessment Tool (CompSAT) Project — including the project director and project team of five ECE consultants, the video and web production team, and staff from the California Department of Education. Childcare centers and family childcare programs from around the state generously invited film crews, interviewers, and early childhood education specialists into their programs to film and collect vignettes for the final product. Hundreds of families gave permission to include their children in fictionalized and real situations for the purpose of supporting this professional growth project. Additionally, several supporters around the nation offered CompSAT access to their work, their thinking, and their research, sharing websites and projects for CompSAT's use. Stakeholder organizations and members of the public provided input through focus groups, group discussions, and the Internet.

Each person listed below, as well as the representatives of the many organizations appearing in these acknowledgments, deserve credit for making essential contributions to CompSAT. We gratefully acknowledge their time and their efforts and thank you for the wonderful work each of you accomplished on behalf of children and their families.

The ECE CompSAT project was produced by Fresno State University for the California Department of Education in 2013.
