Professional development tools for early childhood educators.

CompSAT puts practical self-reflection and assessment and tools into your hands to help you
assess your knowledge, skills, and dispositions in the 12 California ECE Competencies.

CompSAT invites you to join a professional development journey in which you will reflect on your everyday practice, examine what you know and are able to do, and learn and grow at your own pace. Through interactive, multimedia tools, you will enhance your learning, explore your dispositions, and identify your strengths and needs. You will hear from and see others throughout this experience who are just like you — with the same questions, challenges, and joys. Whatever your role in the ECE field, we invite you to begin your professional development journey with CompSAT, the companion guide to the ECE Competencies.

Reflect on your everyday practice, assess your skills, and enhance your learning.
