• Discuss the purpose of this publication, The Powerful Role of Play in Early Education, through reading and discussion.

• Explore the research-based connections between play and learning through group activities and readings.

• Experience the benefits and debunk common myths about play and learning.

• Planning opportunities for individualization & scaffolding within the reflective planning cycle.
