Region 1-Preschool Learning Foundations-Social Science-Self and Marketplace

We will explore the (PLF & PCF, Volume 3) History Social Science substrands of Self and Society: Culture and Diversity, Relationships, Social Roles and Occupations, and the strand Marketplace, through an integrated approach that will bring these concepts to life in the classroom. This training will include the sharing of information, strategies, activities, and materials to foster a community of learners who will celebrate differences, start to understand different perspectives, and strategies and ideas to support this learning through dramatic play and literacy. Each participant will receive a children’s book and activities to take back and use right away.
