Participants will be expected to complete independent journaling, reflection/goal setting and apply strategies to their early childhood settings in between each of the cohort meetings. Participants will share practices implemented in their program and challenges they may encounter when implementing the module. Participants will receive a total of 2 hours of professional development for each CoP.
