Join us to see how to use children’s books to design integrated Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Mathematics (STEAM) activities to bring back to your classroom. Educators will use the California Preschool Learning Foundations and Frameworks to guide group work activities, including music, movement, dance, drama, storytelling and STEM.

During the workshop, you will have opportunities to:

Explore the California Preschool Learning Foundations and Framework to understand how to integrate into planning;
Experience a variety of activities that highlight the integrated nature of learning; and
Use STEAM to explore literacy concepts

This is a 3-part series in which each session builds upon the last.
