Region 6 Introduction to the Preschool Teaching & Learning Foundations (PTKLF)

The purpose is to provide a comprehensive view of the development of children age three to five and a half—Foster connections across domains. Promote intentionality to support children along a developmental continuum. Focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Include children in preschool and transitional kindergarten. Emphasize learning experiences to foster joy and a sense of belonging.
