• Observe, read about, and discuss the developmental continuum for the Phonological Awareness substrand.

• Discuss current research underlying the developmentally appropriate strategies that support the development of the

Phonological Awareness substrand.

• Practice using resources to plan environments, interactions, and strategies that support the development of the Phonological

Awareness substrand.
