The California Department of Education has developed the DRDP-K, an assessment instrument designed to be used in a transitional kindergarten and kindergarten classroom.

The DRDP-K is a continuum that spans development from preschool through early first grade.

The DRDP-K is a tool used to gather data to differentiate instruction and inform classroom practice.

The DRDP-K is a reporting device for sharing student growth and learning with families and others.

All attendees will receive "Basics of Developmentally Appropriate Practice: An Introduction for Teachers of Kindergarten (NAEYC).
