• Foundational skills to establish strong, positive, responsive relationships
• Knowledge about systemic racism and structural barriers that create implicit biases and seek to disruptthe systems
• Impacts of frequent experiences with bias and racism on brain development Strategies for mindful reflection and use of love as core element of a strength-based, responsive early education
• Instructional and culturally responsive practices that communicate, love, respect and genuine care
