This new CPIN professional learning opportunity includes California Early Childhood

Online (CECO) coursework, virtual small group discussions with a facilitator (cohorts), and

independent reflection/journaling. Each CECO module is completed independently by the

participant before each cohort meeting. Cohort groups meet twice to review and reflect on

CECO content.

Participants will be expected to complete independent journaling, reflection/goal setting,

and apply DLL strategies to their early childhood settings in between each of the cohort

meetings.

This orientation meeting is required prior to attendance.
